I get the joy of witnessing individuals evolve into their authentic selves, and I couldn’t ask for a better job. Therapy is both an art and a science—a powerful tool to explore what makes you uniquely you and the relationships you have with the world around you.

In our work together, you’ll be challenged to remember that you are capable of tackling limiting beliefs, building confidence, and finding your voice. My hope is that you’ll start living for yourself and, in turn, spread goodness in the world around you.

As a therapist who attends therapy, I get to switch roles and be the client despite my expertise and knowledge. It's an essential part of my self-care routine. A gentle reminder of my humanness.
