Evolve Collaborative is in network with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. My private pay rate for individual therapy is $150 and $180 for couples/family therapy.

A consultation call is a brief, complimentary conversation designed to help you decide if my services are the right fit for your needs. During this call, we’ll discuss what you’re looking for in therapy, your main concerns or goals, and any questions you may have about my approach or the process. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a sense of my style and ensure you feel comfortable. By the end of the call, we’ll determine if working together feels like a good match and discuss next steps if you’re ready to begin.

During our first session, we will focus on you—exploring your background, experiences, identities, and relational dynamics in a safe, confidential space. We will go at your pace and can always revisit any topics or questions when you're ready. This is a collaborative process, and together, we will work toward your goals.
